are these temps good?

ok, i just reseated my Zalman CPNS9500 becuase i read that when applying the thremal paste it is better just to but a dollop in the middle as obviosly that is the core of the CPU, and it worked my CPU temp dropped my about 8 degrees,

so my Athlon 3800+ is at 2.58GHz (Stock 2.41GHz) it idles at 40 degrees when at this speed and at stock speed idles around 34 degrees, i only applyed the pasted earlier today so the paste wouldnt have cured but do these temps look good?

whats your voltage?
just asking, but those temps are certainly acceptable. should drop a few more degrees as it cures (takes about 100 hours), just make sure to turn it off at night.
