yes. 60 makes me a little sweaty, so i don't go over that.
but, i wouldn't neccesarily trust either one of those programs to give you the correct temp.
try nvidia monitor. i think it gets closer. at least, it does on mine.
55-60*C and you should really be able to touch the bottom of the heatsink and feel warmth. thats like reeeeal hot water, at least down here at sea level
