which of these is better for me

i want to reduce my cpu temp it is currently ~45 when idle and ~65 when full load.
i have a "GA-8PENXP" mb and a P4 3 ghz
these are some products i found can u tell me which is better?
or maybe if u have a better idea anything not so extreme

The Typhoon is good but the Zalman is better.

Don't forget Thermal Paste. 5-15*C difference over 2 weeks.

I have the cnps 9500

its amzingly huge

lighter than my old 7700 alcu though and it has a larger surface area for the fins.
