Thermaltake Tsunami Case Mod?

hey markkleb I wanted to install a blowhole next using a 120, now I have space between the PSU and the fron drive bay for one. I know that you can use a hole-saw, but to get a quality one that will cut a nice hole it is $$$$$. you talked about circular shears. is it difficult to keep a steady line using those. and are they any ohter good methods that leave a clean hole??

I take one of those cheap circular fan grills and just trace a circle. Than I cut it as close to the line as possible.

After I take a 1/2 round file and clean it up. The curved tin snips make it pretty easy to cut a nice hole.
