which thermal compound is better

ok, which is better(as you all know they all say that they are the best in the product description)

here are what i am looking at(and if you think there is some thing better that i have not listed, please feel free to tell me)

Nanotherm PCM+
NanoThermXTC
Arctic Silver 5
OCZ Ultra II

Arctic Silver 5 is as good as htp gets, I have heard good things about Arctic Silver Ceramique as well, though not tried it.
