Default Temps of the nb?

I am looking for a program that will monitor my nb temps. I want to know so I can be very careful about over volting my nb. Does speedfan read it? because my speedfan has a bunch of temps I dont recognize. In a minute I will post a screen shot of my speedfan. Thanks guys

Sometimes it is, sometimes it isn't.... North bridges usualy run incredibly hot now in days it seems.... The only motherboard I had where the sensor was remotely close to the northbridge was an older MSI board, I am starting to notice newer boards have probes in random locations now....
