Default Temperature question

I just downloaded that Everest program .. & it says the temp of my Seagate something is 45 degrees celsius .. is this normal? Just wondering, thanks.

Thats cooler than mine normally is.

Hmm mines is in the low 20C's too. Do you have some case fans in the front of your case where your hdd's are usually supposed to be. You can add some fans there and blow air onto your hdd's to make them cooler
