temp monitor for x800

i have the Diamond x800 GTO and am starting to overclock. how do i monitor the temps. The ATI tool doesn't and the catalyist, when i hover the mouse over the icon on the bottom right, says in parantheses 0 degrees. what do i need to monitor the temps?

with ati tool, u need to check the monitor cpu temp on the options.
