Default system cache or program?

hey guys,i'm not sure how to set my performance setting under system properties.under performance options in system properties on the tab advance,there are Processor Scheduling,Memory Usage and Virtual Memory.i wonder how they works and which is for best performance.i'm a gamer and during game play,i usually one or two application eg. MSN.please advise.

set it to use more memory for programs. system cache uses more memory rather than virtual memory to store the operating system in.if you're just broswing and such setting it to system cache could work quite well but on a gaming rig you are probably better with it being set to programs
