Stress testing GPU

Can anyone recommend a program for testing the stability of your GPU overclocks. I downloaded a program called video card stability test. I went to benchmark my card and i got results in the 400 which is on par with some garbage graphics cards from 5 years ago so i know this program is faulty. I also tried atitool. I didn't get any errors but i find that my games sometimes randomly freeze for 5-15 seconds.

Use ati tool. It has a built in tester. The fuzzy cube.

ATi tool 'fuzzy cube' (hehehe) is good, but there's nothing like a good 2-3 hour gaming session to really stress the thing.

Yeah i was using atitool. I got no errors in 10 minutes but sometimes i still get random freezing. I was just testing using rthdribl and i got the following error message when i alt tabbed out of the full screen version of the program.

"the nv4_display driver has stopped working normally"

At this point i see all sorts of rainbow distortion and very low resoltion

Any ideas on the problem of this?

I've gotten this message a few times when i've alt+tabbed and hit the windows key when changing programs.

I got the ones from the Atitool website. I heard that sometimes with nvidia having the newest drivers isn't best for your card. Can anyone tell me the newest version of drivers for my card?
