If my xeon 3220 is fsb 1700 and multiplier is 8x overclocked, and I have ddr2 800 running @ 850mhz, would there be a reason to purchase 1066 ram?

Because currently I'm running 1:1 right? 850 ram and 1700 fsb.. so iono if there would be an increase in speed to have cas 5 and 1066+ ram speeds or if underclocking 1066 ram to 850 with cas4 timings? any tips, thanks

Currently I gots the ddr2 800 though, I suppose I should stick with this because i probably won't see a performance increase correct?

would I have a better change of underclocking 1066 to 4-4-4-12

or should I just get this?
Newegg.com - OCZ Reaper HPC Edition 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Desktop Memory

23 bucks after rebate and it's timings are 4-4-4-15 which I'm certain will clock to 4-4-4-12?

Ideas? thanks!

I looked around as much as possible, so now I'm looking for any ddr2 800 ram that will run 850mhz 4-4-4-12.. I've seen reports of g.skill and ocz reaper running at those speeds, can anyone confirm this or another kind of ram that is ddr2 800 that will run 850mhz 4-4-4-12?

Thanks

I have corsair 800 and running at 850 5-5-5-15.. I was wanting to buy this ocz reaper ddr2 800 4-4-4-15 because I've seen postings of people running 850mhz+ @ 4-4-4-12... it's like 23 bucks after rebate for a very slight performance increase, but changing the timings from cas5 to cas4 is a change in performance indeed, so I would like to get this done.

My main question is if there is any ddr2 800 that will run 850mhz 4-4-4-12 if so, what ram? thanks, otherwise I think my mission will be to get ddr2 1066 and underclock.

Thanks =)
