Default Stepping E3 or E6?

Which one is a better stepping, E3 or E6? I just bought my Athlon 64 3000 cpu venice core and the stepping is E6. I noticed that there was another stepping for the CPU, which is E3. Which one is a better overclocker and all around better stepping or does it really not make much of a difference?

I *THINK* it's E3, but don't hold me to that. You just have to try for yourself.

Well I can't really try for myself seeing as how I don't own an Athlon with the E3 stepping, does anyone have a link to a benchmark or something? I'll try the almighty google to see if I can find anything.
