speed up help???

Hi ive noticed that my windows login and the opeing of folders and applications have become more slower? whats going on? Thanks

defragment your computer, Get a virus scanner, and run it. get a spyware detector, run it. LOL

Hes saying its a bit sluggish...not that windows is giving him corrupt file errors or certain types viruses.....
