Sorry need help overclocking

Hey well as it say in the title i need help overclocking

i just bought some new stuff it involves a AMD Dual Core 3800+ the mancherster i think and a ASRock 939NF4G-VSTA the details for the mother board are here http://www.asrock.com/product/939NF4G-VSTA.htm
i only have 1GB of RAM and the stupid on board VGA soon to be updated to a cheap 7300GT and my PSU is 400w or 450w

basically if u can give me the steps on how to overclock this pile of crap then id be chuffed

Run a mem divider to see how far your CPU can go, then raise the FSB by 5-10mhz, if it's unstable raise the VCORE. Once into windows run prime95 to 6-24 hours. Once you figure out that, put your CPU multy to like 9, and just raise the FSB and make sure your ram is running 1:1 to see how far your ram can go, if it's unstable raise the ram voltage. Once you do that, look at your two data and then try to figure out a best way to get maximum performance from your ram and your cpu.
