Something is wrong with new comp

does it beep at all when you turn it on?
if you've plugged in the onboard speaker, the BIOS should give you beeps to say what's going on. a single, short beep means all's okay.
multiple beeps means something is wrong.

i dont know if this would apply yo you, but on my mobo i got an optional "d bracket" that gives me codes in lights that can be read and it tells me what the problem is. i would suggest that you see if your mobo would support one of these. they are very cheap, like 10 bucks.

Did you reset CMOS as was suggested earlier?

BTW: This should be in "Troubleshooting" not OC/Modding...

alright guys! i finally figures out what th eproblem was, RAM!! omfg stupid store sold me the mobo adn ram broken! i can't believe it.. and my vid card is broken too i got it from newegg.. now im using my cousin's vid card. i switched the ram and it worked but i had to give it bak to my cuz so now i need to wait til i exchange the ram. video card.. im not sure what to do with it. thanks guys for helping. this post is officialy closed! tyt ytytyt
