Default Something someone said about AMD cpu's...

A friend of mine on AIM said:
::EDITED:: the K11's have been in the works 2 years before the 64's came out
::EDITED:: the K11 runs at 100Ghz

I would very seriously doubt this...

Besides who in there right minds would need something that powerfull unless RAM and HDD's get a lot faster?

There are no CPU's that run at 100ghz, the only computers that have nearly that much processing power is multiprocessor systems with heaps of 2.5ghz cpu's.
Core 2 Duo E6400, DFI Infinity 975X/G, 2x 512mb DDR2 667mhz, Albatron 7900gt, WD 200gb SATA, Samsung DVD-RW, Silverstone ST-50EF 500w PSU.

They'll probably have Quantum computers running before they ever figure out how to squeeze 100ghz through copper and silicon.
