Default some help pls

So I'm still trying to get more out of my CPU. I have it running at 200 x 10.5, giving me a Athlon XP 3000+ at 2100MHz, and it won't go any higher.

I've tried running it at its native 166 x 12.5, which gives me Athlon XP 2800+ at 2075MHz. When I try to run it at 166 x 13, when I reboot, it says I have a Athlon 1300MHz. And when I keep the 12.5 multi and up the HTT in increments the CPU becomes a bit unstable!

What to do, help please guys!
