Default some help with memory please

I just got 2 sticks of Corsair XMS CMX256A-3200C2PT sticks of ram. I need help setting them up. They're supposedly tested to run perfect at 2.5-3-3-6 at 400mhz fsb. if i want to raise the fsb, shoudl i change the latency a little? and if so, to what? I have to do this all in "expert" mode because the "optimal" nor the "agressive" setting in the bios won't give me these setting options.

AMD Athlon XP 2800+
