Is it a pre built one like Dell? If it is than don't overclock. If it isn't go to the bios (press delete/F1 or any other F buttons it says at start up.)

Remember only overclock in small increments at a time, then go into windows to test for stability.

any benchmark, like 3dmark01/03/05, sandra memory test, aquamark
just run any benchmark, and if it crashes, you've overclocked too far
