you could get a new mobo which would give u a new bios so u can oc and get rid of that dell bios

Not 100%, but sometimes non Dell mobos don't fit in the Dell case correctly, and you might also need a new PSU and HSF at the same time as Dell uses non standard parts for those as well from what I've heard.

Yeah, jumping from 3.2 to 3.6 is pretty big.

Rule of thumb for OC'ing is small increments.
