Dont know if anybody has seen one, or if they even make one.. You know how hard it is to get an external temp reading on the new cpus because of the heat spreaders...
i am looking for a small copper\aluminum\whatever sleeve that will go between the cpu and the heatsink. Would need to be just a few Mm thick. Just enough to fit a thermistor inside it so that the temp sensor would be right above the middle of the core.
If you just stick a thermistor between your cpu and your heatsink, the side would raise up and you would pretty much have no contact.
