Default Simple question about 'Overclocking'

When you overclock your CPU (raise the multiplier), do you lower your FSB (data path)?

i think the basic concept is to lower the multiplier as much as you can and get the front side bus as high as possible stable. the multiplier is then used to fine tune the cpu to squeeze every last drop from it for maximum performance. heres a guide:
