simple fan/case mod

ok when it comes down to modding I am not so talented so when you want to add some more fans to a case what do you do drill simple holes when you get the dimensions down right or is there a certain drill to make it have screw thresding?

or when you do this you get nuts to go on the end of bolts? Please help I wanna get into modding.

yeah, it's a lot of measurement and whatnot. Unless there's somewhere where you can print off some kind of stencil. In that case, that would be pretty neat.

I think most screws that come with fans are self-tapping. They are slightly bigger than the holes they go into on the fans, so they "grip" the fan as you screw them in.

Also, a helpful phrase to go with what FghtinIrshNvrDi said... "Measure twice, cut once." You'll be much better off doing it like that.
