looks......bright. Don't know how people can have a glow box sitting right next to them especially at night. Other than that it looks good, I'm just not partial to lights

Yeah I know what you mean, once I clean up the work area Ill post you a pic. I have the same setup but with some UV lights, and they are all on a switch for if i want to make it black inside case.

Why don't you try adding more cooling to your case like cut the side window and place a fan there, unless you have LiquidCooling which i can't see, then nevermind! .
