services tab on msconfig

Right on this list i have at least 60 things, i was wondering if anyone could tell me which ones i should get rid of? im aware my pc might have different services to someone else but most of the things should be the same?

start with diagnostic startup. that will get rid of everything "unnecessary". then you'll find out what you miss. just start adding things back until you're comfortable with the setup
