Default Sempron Overclocking

Should i be able to Overclock my AMD Sempron 2500+ to around 2.1 or 2.2 GHz by just upping the FSB to 400 or do I need good ram? Ive just got some generic DDR400 ram from

So what do u guys think i should be able to do with it?

Edit - I've got two of these running in Dual Channel on my Abit NF7-S v2.0

512mb DDR400 (2x256mb)
Sapphire Radeon 9800Pro 128mb
120gb WD 7200rpm
60gb WD 7200rpm
52x32x52 CDRW 8x DVD
Nforce 2 soundcard w/Altec Lansing 5100 Speakers
