Default Sempron Overclocking

Should i be able to Overclock my AMD Sempron 2500+ to around 2.1 or 2.2 GHz by just upping the FSB to 400 or do I need good ram? Ive just got some generic DDR400 ram from ebuyer.co.uk

So what do u guys think i should be able to do with it?

Edit - I've got two of these running in Dual Channel on my Abit NF7-S v2.0
