yeah I know it's brand new, but it can't hurt......if you don't want to that's fine, just try reseating it.....if reseating the graphics card and RAM doesn't work, then like I said either the mobo, CPU, RAM, or graphics card is dead........make sure your mobo isn't shorting out in the case and you have it on the risers like it should be

u could also try clearing the cmos, just in case
