Default safe from overheating?

hello as i posted the other day i overclocked my proccessor from 2500+ to 3200+ it was a program in my bios to overclock. i also recently put in a new power supply 450W. im just wondering if im safe from overheating i downloaded speen fan. and the tempature at the bottom right of my screen. was always 28-35. my question is how do you use speed fan? the temp in the bottom right.. is that the actually temp or somthing else? also when i was looking at fan speed there was a flaming symbol on one of the fans lol. Help!

If you want better/easier to read temps, download everest home edition. Safe temps for a CPU max out at about 50-70ºC, anything higher you really risking it. During idle the highest you want to be is around 40-50ºC.
