Default Replacing VGA Cooler

I think my fan is burning out on my VGA. Its whining very loud.
Is this a good one to replace it with?

Do you know a good way to remove the old one?

the buyer reviews for that looks very good, if you put that on you should be able to overclock that sucker!

Do you think its worth the extra?

zipzoomfly has it for $31 w/ shipping.

How do I pull the old one off? Unscrew it and just pull it off? Should I clean the chip w/ alcohol?

Thanks

I used to have that fan, it is a good one. You can actually rotate 180* from the way they tell you to install it in case you are bumping into anything.

Thanks

I guess I'll get that one. I also will overclock it since the card isn't worth that much. Since spending $30 on it to fix it without any performance boost is kind of a waste.
