Replacing CPU & Mobo, are these good deals?

The AMD is nice because it has a 3 year warranty...I'm not sure what Mobo is coming with these but the chipsets seem fine. I'm currently having a problem with my Socket A mobo & Athlon XP 1.67 ghz and wondering if I might as well put down a few more dollars and upgrade now. Please post thoughts

How far do you want to upgrade? WHat do you do with this stuff? Anyways those motherboards are junk, way outdated.
