reformat?!?!?!

before i start to reformat my computer i want to make sure i know what the **** im doing before i dig in. I have a MSI-K8N Neo-V mobo and i got a drivers and utility disk for it and some raid and pata raid merge driver in floppy form i just want to make sure this is the software i need for the drivers and what order to install them in after i reformat?

first off do you have raided hard drives if not you won't need the raid driver on a floppy and then just install the drivers and w/e utilities you need
