THat Thermaltake was what i originaly was gonna suggest but his media case is pretty small. I think it would be to large for it. Im pretty sure his media pc is his mini tower of death system.

I'm still doubting the performance of a fanless Heatsink, the idea seems pretty dangerous to me, unless you live in a place that is constantly below 20 degrees celcius, I can imagine the heat that the CPU will generate after about 3 hours of constant use, like if you were watching a Movie or something. Most normal media center cases allow to 80mm to be fitted on, you fit a watercool heatsink pretty easily on one, like I said a couple post back.

As long as he has an exaust fan on that thing blowing the heat out it will be fine. Just think of the physics of it.
