only things i would do are 1) tie those PSU cables a bit tighter, and 2) run that SATA power cable under the mobo

other than that its clean as i've ever seen

Yeah I havn't gone to the effort of cutting the case or anything fancy.
OK well here it is again.

Some slight improvements here and there, nothing too drastic but I think it's a little better.

man that is smooth! i dont really think there's anything more that you can do to improve the airflow

Agreed, if you're not up for sleeving and cutting then I think you've maxed out your wire management sleekability Excellent job.
