Nice job, Preacher. I give it a 7/10.

Some suggestions, to make it cleaner.
-You can move the CD drive up one slot or more, if the length of wire, allows.
-Turn those hard drives around, so those SATA cables aren't showing, if possible.
-Try to tuck that big cluster of wires, from the main power connector, behind the hard drive cage.
-If possible, run the front panel, and SATA through the motherboard tray holes, so it can come out from under the motherboard.

Why is the graphic card slanting?

Well, the mail coil from the power supply can be moved.

And the hard drive cable can be shoved to the left.

And the PS controller can be screwed into the 5.25" Drive bay, along with the Wireless NIC.

Other than that, Looks great!
