You practically paid full price because it's 69 bucks retail. 69 is retail for my case too and it comes with so much more. Raidmax hasn't been "decent" since like 2003 IMO.

Well at base it was $54 when I got it, with a $5 shipping fee. If it was full price I wouldn't have got it. I was going to get a corsair case if it wasn't on sale

So, after assuming I won't have a GPU upgrade until next year (which after today's news post I was correct) I went ahead and got the Titan blocks after all. I goofed and got a regular CSQ block instead of the 3 space but that's ok. When I snag the other card back from work I'll need a triple anyways.
