hi my situation is that i can only select a certain number of settings because my mobo sucks. Anyway here are the two options.

Motherboard/Shuttle-sn21g5

Ram timings -2-3-3-6 (btw is that good) @200
Cpu speed -4200 x2 @200

Ram timings 2-3-3-8 240 (i dont know why, i cannot choose the ram fsb, its done automatically)
Cpu Speed - 4400 x2 @220

Which setting will give me the biggest speed boost. Thanks

(Also of topic will my pc run crysis:

4200x2
2gb dual channel
7900gt Oced to 720/850
Xp SP2)

actually i can choose certain ram timings i.e-133.166.200.216.233 but dont they have to match the cpu fsb

I think the 2-3-3-8, cpu 4400x2@220 would give a betetr boost? since the ram timings are really tight anyway, goign to 8 wouldnt matter much.

And I'm not sure about crysis. Meyb low-medium settings with AA off at 1028x764 resolution?

get some 2nd opinions on all this tho.

your system will run crysis yes...the CPU could be a bit faster but it should be sufficient. And the 7900GT at 700mhz+ is quite fast.
