Default Ram Timings

Hey guys so im new and i wanna learn ram timings ive given it a shot be for but with no luck i just cant figure it out.

My specs are.

AMD 3200+ 64-bit SK 939
My Ram is KVR400 Kingston DDR400 Dual channel 4x 256mb so 1GB
My MotherBoard is a Gigabyte K8 Triton Series nForce 3
My Video Card is a ATi x700 Pro 256mb

those are my specs so if some one could tell me what some good ram timings for those specs to get maximum overclocking speeds that would be much appreciated

And i also have experience in overclocking but just cant get ram timings down

AMD 3700+ 64-Bit at 2.8ghz
Gigabyte K8 Triton Series nForce 4 SLI Motherboard
e-GeForce 8800GT 512mb
1GB DDR400 Hyper X
200+100+80GB HDD
19" Acer WideScreen LCD
AMD 3200+ 64 is offline

there's literally hundreds of pages that explain what each does.

Intel E8400 @ 3.78ghz
8gb (4x2gb) G.SKILL DDR2 1600 @ 420mhz, 5-5-5-12
ASrock P43Twins1600 (hates RAM dividers)
WD Caviar 500gb + 250gb hdd, 32mb cache
eVGA 7900gs @ 585/1700mhz
OCZ GameXStream 600w PSU
Sound Blaster X-Fi Platinum
Cooler Master Centurion 5 case
