Default RAM Timing Uncertainty

Hi there ,

Please look at this screenshot of my current setup :

I need to know if what I have is good, I need to know how to fix that RAM timing business. When I try to mingle with it in the past the computer woudn;t even want to boot. Also CPU Vcore voltage is a mystery. Also when I overclock too much , and it seems ok for a long while, but when I try to encode a video , it has to THROTTLE ...

How can I achieve Ultimate performance ...

Thank you
Pentium 4 Prescott 3.0 E (478 socket)
Radeon 7500 64mb (I know ... (^_^)
when i get around to it)
Samsung PC3200 512mb x 2 (DUAL SOCKET)
