Which RAM setting is better??

I was having trouble getting my ram to POST at the 2:3 divider so I have worked at making it stable at the 5:6 divider.

So I am at 2780 (2000 stock) CPU

And my Corsair is at:
333 (~232 MHz) & 3-4-4-8 2T


Would this be better:
266 (~185 MHz) & 2.5-3-3-7 2T

I would say that the 333 setting would be better. faster access speed
