RAM Programmes

I read a discussion in computer forum about RAM programmes. They were discussing the harms and advantages of the RAM programmes for example Free RAM,Fresh RAM etc Some guys say these programmes discharge the static electricity and on the other hand the others say that none of the RAMs can work above their limits so using these programmes are harmful. What is your opinion? I think some of those programmes can use in some percentages for example we can use them by lower percentages. Like reducing the usage of RAM small amount

I wouldn't use them personally, since they're unlikely to give any noticeable performance boost. Especially if you have 4GB+

Best way to reduce RAM usage is to have as little stuff running as possible, best done by only starting things when you need them instead of having them start when you boot the machine.

I use few programmes but as you know svchost.exe is a big problem:S Someother kind of system processes which we couldn't get rid of
