Default RAM overclocking?

Im having a really frustrating problem with overclocking my RAM. I try to up the frequency on the RAM itself from 400 to 466, but when i save the settings in my Bios and reboot, it just reverts back to 400 Mhz. This is obviously a problem seeing how my FSB is running at 234.

Im running an Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe with Corsair XMS DDR 400 RAM

Does my RAM not support overclocking? Im stumped

Send a message via AIM to Saint71

When you change the the Mhz of the ram your just changing the ratio. You need to change the multipliers.
