This Ram good for overclocking?

Hey guys. What kind of bottleneck will this ram create if I try to overclock my system:

Premier kit: OCZ 2x512M PC3200 Kit 2.5-3-3-7 (4001024PDC-K)

The system in question is:
Intel 3.2 GHz 775
Abit AG8
6600 GT

I can't really afford more expensive Ram.. So I guess, I just want to know the extent of overclock possibility before buying it. The other parts I listed look good also for over clocking?

its not too bad, but its not that good either, i dont know exactly how far you would be able to go with that set, but if you cant afford anything else, just go for it, its not like you wont be able to overclock at all.
