RAM and CPU opinions needed

Hey guys
I have a question:
2.8ghz and 4gb of RAM (4-4-4-12) vs. 3.2ghz and 2gb (4-4-4-12) ?

What will be better performance for my machine, and will i need to switch over to windows 64-bit to use the full 4gb's of RAM...

My other 2 sticks of RAM are value ram by corsair and they can do 333fsb at max, so thats a part of the equation if i will start giving them volts will they handle it ?

I would stick with the 2gb of memory if the other 2 is value ram. Its not going to be nearly as stable at fast clocks and low latency.

Well it was stable at 2.4 at 4-4-4-12 with 1.9volts , i think. But yeah I think ill just stick to my Reapers
