radeon wtf stupid artifacts

So this is not a cooling problem but a voltage problem? How does voltage affect performance? (I don't mean to skew the conversation away from this guys problem, just trying to learn a little bit myself along the way).

I wanted to try and say get a liquid cooling system but apparently that's not the problem.

Not all memory is equal. Just because some guy on a review site got his card to run a certain specs, doesn't mean you can duplicate it. That's why you OC, until it's unstable, then back it off a bit.

I think you got all you can outta that card.

its 4.0ns memory it should run at 500mhz stable but it only runs like 440 if that

well keep in mind that the card will rev. Plus your allready pushing it 88 mhz
