quick question

I'm just wondering, what would be an Ideal Temperature for the Intel i7 860/920 Processors?
I'm Using coretemp- alcpu.com/CoreTemp to check temperatures, and i just want to know.

My mobo comes with some kind of program that automatically overclocks the CPU, and i was wondering if I can use it? will it work out o.k.?

When you start overclocking you want to keep the maximum temperature, at Full Load, right around 70C or below. Some people claim anything below 80C at Full Load is okay, but I won't recommend running it that hot

After about 1-2hrs, laptop hits that temp . Guessing that's too hot for normal? -Sorry if I hijacked the thread lol.-

I agree with Slay, I don't like seeing my temps above 70C. 80C is fine for i7's though
