Would it be easy to get to 2.25GHz (9x250) without raising the voltage to my cpu with this stuff?

I think ddr500 ram would be a good idea because I could get a decent oc while running the memory at the recommended speed.
I know a lot of people have been getting good overclocks on opty 165s, and they all seem to be the same stepping and week (CCBWE 0534 if I'm not mistaken).
I don't want to change the vcore, but if I could oc higher without changing I would... would that ram be able to oc to higher speeds to keep up with the fsb?
