Ok, I have never used ddr2 memory before, and I was wondering how you overclock with it. It obviously does not follow the rules of ocing with ddr, because the processor already runs asnc with the memory. Can anyone provide links to guides?(specifically pentium 4)

well isn't it in most cases the memory frequency is higher than the CPU's.....you'll need to OC the CPU to bring it up to the same speed....so technically you don't even OC DDR2

? It really IS the same. Same rules apply. I don't understand. The only thing I can think of is kind of what Nubios said. Many DDR2 is DDR2-533, so if you have stock 200Mhz fsb on an Intel, you can lower the multi to 1:1 and raise the fsb to 266mhz before you are even OC'ing the RAM.
