i have a 430w powersupply....does it matter how powerful of one you have when overclocking?....also....what is the best processor fan for overclocking?......is watercooling the way to go??......do memory stick coolers actually do much?

430 watt PS is very important also a reliable brand such as
Enermax , Antec True Power etc... Water cooling is very effective
as long as you dont spring a leak .
I like the Cooler Master Aero fans 4-7 for air cooling .The color of the Heatsinks on your memory is a preference one doesnt cool better than the other and yes the heatsinks do help .
