Default Question on assembling computer

I am about to order my new computer today. It will be my first build. Should I put everything together at once or should I get the basic computer running and then add the other cards one by one? I will be adding a video card, wireless card, and firewire card. Should I wait until I know it is running correctly before installing those cards?

I add everything at first. then I install windows then the mobo drivers and so-on.

Think of an organ transplant in the human body. Sometimes the body will reject a new, or replacement organ because of a DNA mis-match. A computer is the same way. (when you think of the drivers being a computers DNA.)

Give the computer life(windows) with all of its organs present.

I have never had problems doing it this way.
