Default Question about upgrading speed on my comp

Whats the most I can upgrade to with my computer if I have a
Dell Dimension 8100 with P4 1.7ghz

the most I've heard is up to 1.9ghz....but I just wanted to verify

Looks like it can go up to 2.0Ghz...
